About Jennifer Fallon

Jennifer Fallon is the author of the hugely successful Tide Lords series, The Hythrun Chronicles, the Demon Child trilogy and the Seconds Sons Trilogy, with bestselling books published in the Australia, the US, the UK and a number of foreign language editions. Jennifer has sold almost 750,000 books worldwide and also has co-authored a Stargate SG1 tie-in novel, published horror and science fiction short stories in a number of publications, including the official Stargate magazine, and is currently working on new series The Rift Runners (due in 2011 in Australia/NZ).  She has a novella (The Magic Word) coming out in July 2010, in Jack Dann’s anthology, Legends of Australian Fantasy. In her spare time, Jennifer has recently created a superhero (for the Chick in Capes anthology), and is one of the invited contributors to the official Disney More Tales of Zorro anthology with Moonstone Publishing, also due out in 2010.

Jennifer has twice been short listed for an Aurealis Award (Medalon and The Gods of Amyrantha), was nominated for the Australian Prime Minister’s Literary Award and the World Fantasy Awards (several times), short listed in the US for the Romantic Times (The Immortal Prince) and shortlisted in the UK for the David Gemmel Legend Award (Wolfblade), although she never actually wins any of these awards, which she finds very amusing.
