        Hi Heather

Unfortunately, I will not be at any of the Supanovas this year. I am currently dealing with the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes and the fact that the building we bought is damaged beyond economical repair and the insurance company is trying to wiggle out of paying up.

I hope to resume the classes in 2013.

Comic books are not my area of expertise, but I suggest that if you looking for a comic book artist, you attend Supanova and try your luck in the artist alley. Not sure how the arrangement works, but I suspect you’ll need to find someone who shares your vision, get them enthusiastic about the project and them agree to split the royalties from any sales with them.

        Cheers

        Jenny Fallon

Hi Jenny, I was wondering if the gold coast convention in April will have one of these writing classes as my daughter is very keen to attend, she is only 13 however but her level of English at school is of a year 9/10 standard and she is a keen participant in her schools creative writing group. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Vicki

Can I pay for the Sunday master class at the door? I did not purchase a ticket online because I was not sure if I would even be able to come due to a work commitment. Once I was able to get time off work it was too late to purchase a ticket through Ticketek.

      • reynox  On April 9, 2011 at 1:00 am

No problem Chris. Come see me after the class this morning and I’ll arrange it for you. Only catch is we can’t take EFTPOS or CC at this stage so the class will $110 if you don’t have a weekend pass for the con or $85 if you do. Regards Jenny Fallon

Hello Jenny. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the convention today due to work. My brother will be arrive at the convention somewhere between 10:30am and 11:00am, so if you are available I can get him to pay for me, otherwise I can only be there in person at 8:00am tomorrow. Please let me know if I can attend, as I am looking forward to it. Regards, Chris.
